Not at all! We offer truly beginner-friendly and accessible yoga classes. All of our classes are designed to be universally accessible, and if not, our highly-trained teachers will be able to accommodate for your specific needs.

Absolutely! Flexibility is not a requirement for yoga. All you need is curiosity to explore your body, mind, and heart, and the desire to reconnect with who you are.

All of our yoga teachers are either trained yoga therapists or highly-trained teachers with many years of experience and knowledge to adapt practices to your needs. Upon joining, you will fill out a thorough intake form for the teachers to understand any health issues you may have, so they will be aware of how to make the classes accessible to you. We recommend a quiet space or room with a yoga mat and certain yoga equipments. Wear breathable clothes that allow you to move without restrictions. And lastly, a stable Wi-Fi and a device where you can stream the classes.

At the moment, there are no recordings available for missed livestream classes. We want to encourage students to participate live and engage with their teachers.

At this time, we do not offer single drop-in classes. We believe that integrating rest is a practice, and like everything else, it that takes time. You can start with the 14-day trial at $38 for new students, or the monthly unlimited with the ability to cancel anytime.

Once you sign up for a class, you will receive emails with the Zoom link to join one day and also a few hours prior to the scheduled class. You can also log into your Student Dashboard to access the livestream class there.
