Elaine Oyang | Founder + Owner
Elaine Oyang is an IAYT-certified yoga therapist who helps burnt-out women restore their energy through restorative and rest-based yoga practices. With a degree in biology, she brings a thoughtful, evidence-informed approach to yoga—bridging science and embodiment to help students understand their experiences in classes and in private sessions.
After years of teaching in yoga studios across San Francisco, Elaine deepened her studies to become a yoga therapist so she could work more closely with women experiencing chronic pain. Through her one-on-one work, she discovered that true healing begins not just in the body, but in the beliefs we hold about our own worth. Today, she helps women reclaim that worth—independent of society’s expectations—and guides them toward a slower, more compassionate way of living.
ĀN Yoga Studio is the realization of that vision: a sanctuary for women to embrace rest, release the need to prove themselves, and reconnect with the quiet strength within.
